This catalog will give you a general overview of our prices and the products we stock. We have an extensive inventory geared specifically for the general aviation industry.

We have priced a significant portion of the hardware to make it convenient to order directly from this catalog. For those items that have a Per Each and a Per 100 piece price, a 50 quantity would list between the Per Each and the Per 100 piece price. On all items that list a Per 100 piece price, discounts ranging from 5% to 20% are available for larger quantities. For items that have a Per Each price only, such as Gaskets, O’Rings, 1/4 Turn Fasteners such as Camlocs and Dzus, Hi-Loks and electrical components, prices will break for quantities of 25, 50 or 100. Pricing on items such as AN, MS, NAS bolts, fittings and bearings fluctuate during the year, making it difficult to price, so please call us for pricing on these items. We will normally ship within 24 hours after receiving your order. Orders called or faxed to us before 2:00 p.m. EST will ship same day. We will ship priority Red, Blue, P1 and P2’s the same day, if the order is received before 4:00 p.m. EST. Our minimum P.O. is $25.00. We have no line item minimum. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card.

Manufacturer’s certification is on file on all Mil-Spec and Aerospace fasteners. All parts are shipped with the manufacturer’s name, lot # and/or control # on the parts label for your records. If you should require manufacturer’s certification shipped with your parts, each part is subject to a $15.00 line minimum. Manufacturer’s certification requested after the parts have shipped may be subject to a charge to cover the administrative cost of pulling manufacturer’s certification.

A Return of Merchandise (RMA) number issued by E.C.A.S., Inc. must accompany any returned items. No credit will be issued on any parts returned without an RMA number.

E.C.A.S., Inc. must be notified of any discrepancies or shortages within 30 days of receipt of your shipment for a credit to be issued. Credits and RMA’s will not be issued beyond 30 days after items are shipped.

We generally do not charge a restocking fee if the parts you ordered are regular stock items for us. If parts were brought in specifically to fill your order, if returnable, will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

If any items are backordered to you, we will ship those items to you in a timely manner. E.C.A.S., Inc. will pay freight charges on all backordered items if they are stocking items for us. You will, however be charged freight on backorder items that we brought in especially to fill your order. We will also combine as many shipments as possible to reduce your freight costs.
